Reservation rules
Reservation is made in advance. After you have chosen the cottage or room, please, fill in the application form (it’s more preferable than a reservation on the phone as to avoid misunderstandings). Please, give us as many details as you need to make your holidays more comfortable (f.ex., if you need children’s beds, transfer, additional cleaning, etc.)
For Christmas, New Year and other holidays cottages can be reserved only for longer than 5 days period with 100% prepayment.
Confirmation, agreement and payment After receiving your application form, we send you an invoice that can be paid in two steps:
First step: 30% prepayment - You can pay for tour order through bank transfer not later than two working days. After hotel's booking you will get invoice for payment that you can disburse in any bank. After proceeding the payment you should send the copy of payment obligation to us by fax. If we don’t have any confirmation after three working days – we have the right to cancel your reservation.
After receiving money, our manager sends you a letter of confirmation.
Second step: 70% prepayment must be paid not later than 3 weeks before arrival. In case your reservation is made less than three weeks before arrival, 100% prepayment must be made within three days from the date of the invoice.
ATTENTION: In case the client does not pay within the abovementioned period of time and we do not receive any confirmation, “Malaya Medvezhka” has the right to cancel the reservation in one side order.
Under preliminary agreement with a manager of Malaya Medvezka 70% of prepayment can be paid on the day of arrival (only for guest included into the base of the club).
The full payment for accommodation and services should be made in advance before the date of arrival
Changes, annulations and cancellation All changes or cancellations for reservations of accommodation and services should be done in a written form by e-mail or Fax to avoid misunderstandings.
Changes and annulations without penalty fees are available if they are made not less than 6 weeks before arrival. We charge a penalty fee in amount 30% of the full cost in case changes are made from 6 to 3 weeks before arrival. All changes and annulations made less than 3 weeks before arrival are not refunded. We recommend you to purchase “no show” insurance for those cases. BUT if we lease the cottage/room to another client, only 30% of payment is not refunded to you.
One-side annulation of booking Under force majeur circumstances “Malaya Medvezhka” has the right to annul reservation in one side order even if the reservation has been paid in 100%. In this case the club informs the client immediately and the client has the right to get the total amount of paid money back. “Malaya Medvezhka” is responsible to recharge the paid amount of sum but not to provide the customer with similar apartments. In force majeur circumstances “Malaya Medvezhka” is to offer the similar accommodation instead of recharging the money with paying of the difference in cost.
